This cast bronze plaque contains a sculpted model of the
"Medal of Honor" as well as the complete citation.
The plaque is installed at Ft. Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alaska.
When considering a "Medal of Honor" plaque, we
must be provided with a copy of the citation to prove that
the recipient did indeed receive this award, otherwise,
we are not permitted to utilize the model of the award.
